Pam Guyer

Pam is a mom of 3 college students, she and her husband Charlie live by the beach on Boston’s North Shore. Pam began her career in Direct Sales almost 20 years ago, promoting to the top of her former company and doing the same at Beautycounter. Pam never imagined herself in this industry, and two decades later, it has been the best professional decision she has made. In her corporate career, she was a Training & Development consultant, and developed programs for Leadership Development, Team Dynamics, teaching & training has been at the heart of Pam professionally for 3 decades.
Joining a direct sales company was the best professional decision I have ever made.
At Beautycounter, Pam has a desire to help women and moms create balance with work and family and cast a vision for their lives--she has had an incredible opportunity doing this and is passionate about sharing it with others. Alongside her business, Pam has written a book and created a Lifestyle Brand Living HIPP.
Pam enjoys yoga, walking her dogs, the beach, and her home & family. As she begins a new phase as an Empty Nester, Pam is grateful to have a business that supports every stage of life--time and flexibility is of great value and a top benefit of this business. When not doing her Beautycounter business, Pam is writing, speaking and inspiring others with her voice, words, and decades of experience in both life and business.

Joanne is a mom of 5 children and married to her high school sweetheart, a former teacher, and stay a home Mom, Joanne joined this industry over 16 years ago as she desired more purpose, passion, and something outside of her family that she cherishes so much. Joanne was a top leader in her previous company and at Beautycounter not only a top leader but also a recipient of a Leadership Reward, a member of the first Advisory Board, and a frequent trainer for the company.

Joanne understands the business from both a tactical and strategic way, all while being passionate about working from home, and doing this alongside raising her large family. While Joanne loved being a stay at home mom, she had a desire to do more, and her business over the years has been an incredible opportunity to create something yet put her family first—all while building a great income.
When not building her business virtually, Joanne loves to spend her time making memories with her family, doing yoga and reading. Joanne loves the ocean and mountains, hiking, eating healthy and laughing!

Phoebe was drawn to Beautycounter for the business opportunity, advocacy, and products. Along with Pam and Joanne, Phoebe joined Beautycounter in March 2015 and has been actively building this business alongside working full-time ever since.
Phoebe is also an award-winning real estate agent living on the Connecticut Shoreline with her two teenage daughters and husband. She’s known around town to be the go-to for anything Real Estate, local hot spots as well as handing out tips on her design knowledge.
When not working with her Beautycounter team and Real Estate clients, you can find her riding her horse, antiquing, practicing pilates or reading a book at the beach.
Angela Amendola

Angela is a mother of two and a former marketing executive with over 15 years of experience working at some of the world’s top fashion, lifestyle and beauty brands. A former New Yorker, she now resides in Miami Beach and is passionate about educating families on the benefits of switching to safer products through her work with Beautycounter and via her blog, That Clean Beauty Mama.
It has become a true passion for educating, advocating, and inspiring women to follow their passion.
What started out as a side gig for Angela five years ago, has become a true passion for educating, advocating, and most importantly, inspiring other women to follow their passion, earn additional income and make an impact through the clean beauty movement.
She also runs a successful marketing consulting business with her husband, Always Friday Co. When not working, she enjoys yoga, family bike rides, and being a beach bum whenever possible!

A former New Yorker, she went to college and grad school in Massachusetts and never left! She now lives with her family in the suburbs of Boston and even roots for the Red Sox. Having been a former teacher she has a real passion for education and feels compelled to share about the health and safety aspects of Beautycounter.

Deb was introduced to Beautycounter a little over 5 years ago at a friend's event. As one who can never pass up a deal, she joined for the consultant discount. June grew up outside of Boston and after college, she and her husband, Mark moved to the West Coast. She worked as a marketing rep for a division of IBM but chose to leave the corporate world when her children were young. She always has had an entrepreneurial spirit and was introduced to the Direct Sales Industry in 2008.
Beautycounter’s mission spoke to me.
In 2016 Mark saw an article in Fastcompany magazine about Gregg Renfrew and Beautycounter. Although she was not looking for another opportunity, this company spoke to her. She jumped on board a few days later and has built a team across the United States.
June and her husband have been married a long, long time and share their home with Paddington, a controlling Shih Tzu puppy. They have two children, Brendan who is an attorney, and Bridget who is a Nurse Practitioner, both of whom live in Southern California.
